Founded in 1820 by Henri Auer, the Maison Auer is a beautiful establishment with a superb rococo interior. This shop is located near the Nice Opera and the Cours Saleya.
Everything in this shop is prepared with love and care, by Christian Auer: fine chocolates, candied fruits such as orange peel, marrons glacés, calissons (highly recommended), their jams and sauces are very tempting.
If you visit in December, you will see a magnificent display of santons in the left-hand window.
